Are you passionate about arts and culture? Looking for an opportunity to contribute to the community?
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented volunteer to help digitize and catalogue our archival collection. Working alongside our small team in our office at Arts Court, you’ll scan, label, and organize archival documents including production photos, posters, and media clippings. This project offers a flexible schedule within our office hours (weekdays from 9am-5:30pm).
You will contribute to the preservation of important materials spanning our 38 year history of masked physical theatre productions as well as to the development of a digital museum that will support artists, students, and teachers exploring masked theatre. If you are detail oriented, passionate about the arts, and comfortable working with computers, this opportunity is for you!
The volunteer will gain valuable experience and insight into the process of accessioning a collection and learn about masks and theatre arts. This is a great opportunity to explore an interest in theatre, art or museums while supporting a nonprofit arts organization.
How to Apply:
Please send us an email outlining your interests along with an up-to-date resume to info@odysseytheatre.ca and we will be in touch!
